Section 1. Acceptance:

FLAWLESS SERVICES ( A Brand That Takes Care Of Brands)  is a Brand under Flawless cleaning services Pvt. Ltd Company incorporated under laws of Pakistan. Flawless services is a service provider company bridging the gap between Service Users (Customers) and Service Providers (Technicians).You understand that by using the website, services, and application , You are accepting and agreeing to bound and abided by these terms & conditions. Please do not use our services if you don’t agree. We do reserve the right to change these terms of use and conditions at any time in our sole discretion and without notice. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, your continued use of our website, services and app after we have posted changes to these terms of use means that you agree to be bound and abided by the changes. So please check the terms of use regularly for any changes.

A.      The term “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company” ,”Flawless Services” shall mean Flawless Cleaning Services Pvt. Ltd.

B.      The term “Customer” means the customer / client for whom the work is to be carried out or who is availing services from Flawless services.

C.      The term “Technician” means (Vendor) appointed by the Flawless services to execute the work.

D.      The term “Contract”, “Quotation” means the agreement between the customer and Flawless services to carry out the works.

E.       The term “In-house staff”, “Supervisor”, “Surveyor” means Flawless cleaning services Pvt. Ltd company staff.

F.       The term “Company-Technician contract” means contract between Flawless services and vendors.

 

Section 2. How it works:

1.       Approach us by making a phone call or contact us digitally, basic and relevant information for the required service will be provided over the phone. Services (exempt from survey) don’t require survey or quotation for the execution of work.

2.       In case of survey compulsion services, we arrange a surveyor of our relevant service department for the assessment of customer required services, examine customer needs, detailed answers to customer questions and concerns, and provide customer with the best possible options available from flawless services.

3.       After completion of survey quotation shall be share with the customer, for the required services. On approval of shared quotation Flawless services reserves a service day and time along with customer consent, under supervision of our relevant department supervisor to execute and complete the work flawlessly.

 

Section 3. Minimum booking criteria:

1.       No order will be entertained without minimum order criteria.

(A)   Minimum order criteria is an amount fixed by the company is Rs.2000/- for services.

(B)   Minimum order criteria for hour based booking is Rs. 4000/-

(C)   Minimum order criteria can be changed without any notice.

 

Section 4. Exemption of survey:

1.       These mentioned services can be availed without survey.

(A)   Sofa cleaning (up to 20 seats), carpet cleaning (up to 500 Sqft), mattress cleaning( up to 5 articles), Residential water tank cleaning, solar panel cleaning(up to 20 kw), washroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, Ac cleaning, kitchen hood cleaning, fridge cleaning.



Section 5. Compulsion of survey:

1.       Company does not offer any services except mentioned in Section 4. (A) without survey.

 

Section 6. Survey Charges:

1.       Survey charges Rs.500/- (within 1-20 kms ) and Rs. 1000/- (within 20-30 kms) shall be applicable, which will be adjustable in bill in case of services availed, but not refundable in case of services not availed once quotation shared.

Section 7. Obligation of Flawless services:

1.       Company connects customer and technicians for the basic cleaning, maintenance & pest control  service, in case of survey compulsion services company provides services through technicians under supervision of in-house staff for a safe and secure completion. Flawless services do legal background check of all the technicians (Vendor) during the registration process and keeps their record i.e.  CPLC Citizen Police Liaison Committee, Police Character Certificate, NADRA verification, verification through Tasdeeq app and address details. We do not take any responsibility of customer-technician interaction, wrong doing by them at site, theft, damage and any loss (intentionally or un-intentionally).

2.       The company shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, expense, damage, delay, cost or compensation. We can only provide you with complete information available about the technician. Company shall not be able to assist customer any further if customer wants to go for any legal proceedings.

 

Section 8. Customer obligations:

1.       Customer is requested to be courteous with the technicians and in-house staff on site and if there is any issue arises, please approach the customer service at 0314-5578579.

2.       Our technicians and supervisors shall be guide or directed by customer himself / herself or his/ her appointed person only. This is customer responsibility to insure that no one else give directions on the site or job, apart from the appointed person.

3.       Customer is advised to take care of their precious and fragile items as well as children and pets during the work.

4.       Technicians are not allowed to do any variation, alteration or addition in agreed services. Its customer responsibility to approach customer service at 0314-5578579 for the variation, alteration or addition of services. Company shall not be liable for any damage or loss to that such services even performed by our technicians without information to our customer service.

5.       Company only communicates from its official and verified contact number, in case of jobs performed even by our technicians, booked from the other unverified technician contact numbers, company shall not be liable for any loss or damage and such complaints shall not be entertained any further. So always please make sure to place orders or bookings to the customer service number at 0314-5578579.

Section 9. Technician (Vendor) obligations:

1.       Technician must be 18 years or above to register with us.

2.       Technician will not ask for any additional cost of services, agreed by customer and company in contract.

3.       In case of variation, addition and alteration in agreed services whatsoever, its technician responsibility to approach customer service 0314-5578579 for the alteration, variation and addition of services. Company shall not be liable for any dispute arises in this regard.

4.       Technicians must be respectful all the time to customer even in case of dispute.

5.       Technicians must arrive on task location within 60 – 90 minutes once booking confirmation received. Our Technicians endeavors to be right on time but sometimes due to transport related and other problems which are beyond company’s control, there would be a 1 hour margin.

 

Section 10.Payment procedure:

1.       Once task / work has been completed, customer can either pay in cash or through online means i.e.  bank transfer, easy paisa or jazz cash.

2.       In case of payment through cheque and same is dishonored an addition fee of Rs. 1000/- shall be payable along with actual bill payment.

3.       Deliberate delay of payments, upon completion of task / work, customer shall be responsible for an additional amount of Rs. 2000/- per day till the final realization of amount due in full along with all other associated and ancillary costs of litigation and legal expenses incurred for the enforcement of right.

4.       If the customer has availed the service he has to pay for it no matter if he is satisfied or not, any denial of payment is a subject to judicial trial. All matter of the complaints are under Rawalpindi jurisdiction.

5.       Any attempt to commit insurance fraud or any use of false information to commit any type of fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by the company. Monetary compensation as well as legal fees may incur.

 

 

Section 11. Re-clean and warranty policy:

1.       Technician tries their best to remove stains from sofa, carpet, mattress, blinds and curtain, however there is no any sort of guarantee for the removal of stains.

2.       It is our discretion to use any process as considered as fit by technician for the cleaning and maintenance of articles.

3.       Customer can avail a free of cost re-clean for these mentioned above services by informing within 24 hour of job completion, which may be resolved within 48 hours on priority basis.

4.       Customer claim of re-clean after warranty period, No complaints shall be entertained further.

5.       In case of solar panel, water tank, swimming pool, glass cleaning, general and deep cleaning service, on spot check warranty shall be applicable. No complaints shall be entertained further.

 

Section 12.  Re-schedule:

1.       Reschedule of job, an additional amount of Rs. 1000/- shall be charged however, if the notice of the reschedule is duly communicated at least 12 hours prior to commencement of the job, no such addition amount shall be charged.

2.       Company reserves a right to re-schedule any booking prior to commencement of job due to bad weather conditions, strikes, or unavailability of technician. In case of unavailability of technician replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed.

 

Section 13. Hour based policy:

1.    In case of general cleaning and deep cleaning services, Company offers hour based services to customer without survey if required.

(A)   Minimum 2 cleaners for at least 2 hours shall be engaged to task/work.

(B)   Company shall charge Rs. 2000/- for each cleaner along with supplies.

(C)   Company shall charge Rs. 1000/- for each cleaner without supplies.

(D)   Advance payment of Rs. 2000/- shall be applicable.

 

 

Section 14. Modification of price and services:

1.       Modification of price, alteration, addition and any variation of services shall only be authorized by information to customer service at 0314-5578579.

 

           

Section 15. Cancellation and Refunds:

1.       Once booking confirmed and advance payment made to company account, 15% service charges deduction shall be made against service charges before refund.

2.       Company does not offer refunds on services that have been provided.

3.       Refunds can be processed as soon as within 7 days of cancellation.

 

Section 16. Content & general disclaimer:

1.       All content on website and application is the sole property of Flawless cleaning services Pvt. Ltd under government copyright ordinance,1962.

1.       We use third-party links and we do have links to other websites. We take no responsibility in any manner for their content, services and products.

 

Section 18. Cookies:

1.       Our website uses cookies it compiles aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third-party services that track this information on our behalf. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Section 19. Termination & Denial of Services:

1.       We reserve the right to refuse offering services to any customer who misbehaves with company's staff or technicians directly or indirectly.

2.       Flawless services reserves a right to block or terminate any technician who misbehaves with customer or company directly or indirectly.

 

Section 20. Allergies:

1.       If a customer has some allergies please inform the customer service or the operations manager, company holds no responsibility for medical conditions.

 

Section 21. Offers & Discounts:

1.       Offers and discounts are for a temporary period. Read the expiry date before placing order. Company can suspend any offer or discount any time without notice.

 

Section 22. Damage / Mishap / Theft:

1.       Company shall not be liable under any circumstances for any Damage, Mishap, damage, or theft. We can only provide you with complete information available about the technician. Company shall not be able to assist you any further if customer wants to go for any legal proceedings.

2.       While the company technicians make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement can be attempted but not guaranteed as per (Company - Technician contract). For this specific reason, we request all irreplaceable items ( whether monetarily or sentimentality  valuables) to be stored away.

 

Section 23. Warranty:

1.       In case of Pest control services warranty period, free of cost service shall be provided meanwhile medicine cost charges shall bear by customer.

 

Section 24. Tax & Payments:

1.       The tax shall be as per government of Pakistan. If the customer has availed the service he has to pay for it no matter if he is satisfied or Not. Any denial of payment is a subject to judicial trial. All mater of the complaint are under Rawalpindi jurisdiction.

 

Section 25. Disputes:

1.       ALL DISPUTES TO BE SETTELED IN RAWALPINDI COURT JURISDICTION ONLY.

Section 26. Use of our content:

1.       All the content on this website and application is sole property of Flawless cleaning services Pvt. Ltd. Use of graphics, logo, tag line, name or any other material is strictly restricted.

 

Section 27. Your Consent:

1.       By using website application or taking services you give your consent to all our terms and conditions and privacy policies.

 

Section 28. Change to terms and conditions of use:

1.       The company can change any terms or conditions of use at any time without giving notice. Please remain update.
